The Edward B Mills Telescope (2)

Edward B Mills Weston Lodge, Mannamead, Plymouth ordered in July 1866 a 3.5 inch telescope, he had earlier ordered a 4.5 inch telescope in June of 1866.

I believe that Edward Mills might have lived at 4, Hartland Terrace, Bude, Cornwall before moving to Plymouth. In 1865 in the Astronomical Register where he is listed as a subscriber the Cornwall address is used.

He subscribed with the Astronomical Register until 1873, there are no reports of any observations.
